Introduction to amigurumi workshop at the Carry on Crafting festival.

This workshop will take place at the Carry on Crafting festival at the South of England Showground on the 12th & 13th July 2025. Choose from the dropdown below which day you would like to attend the workshop.

In addition to booking this workshop you will also need to buy a ticket to the festival here.

During this workshop Kate will teach the basics of amigurumi including the magic circle, how to work in the round, increasing and decreasing to make 3D shapes.

You will need a basic knowledge of crochet to do this class (chain stitch, double crochet stitch).

You will be making this cute chick. Materials included:

Yarn to make chick
Safety eyes
Pattern to take home to finish (in case you don’t finish in class).

Hooks, needles and stitch markers will be provided during the class.

Only 6 spaces available for each class.

This workshop will cover the first part of my Absolute beginner’s guide to amigurumi.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Digital Patterns & Courses
Digital patterns and courses cannot be returned once accessed, unless they are faulty. If you would like to exchange a digital pattern or course please get in contact so we can help.

Delivery Errors or Damage
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any errors in delivery or any damaged goods so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges for Physical Goods
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange goods. Returned or Exchanged Goods must be in a good condition and in the case of kits have all constituent components returned unused (For an exchange or refund rather than a fault). Any items return not in a good condition will not be refunded or exchanged. You are liable for all return costs. Returns must be sent by a tracked and insured service (except for damaged goods and /or goods sent in error).

DELIVERY

For our printed patterns, books and crochet kits we use Royal Mail first class for UK deliveries. We aim to post your orders within one working day, delivery is usually 1-3 days depending on the whims of Royal Mail.

For international orders we provide fast worldwide shipping by priority air mail with Royal Mail which includes international tracking and insurance incase your parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Tax/Import Duty

Due to recent EU and UK tax regulations you may be liable to pay tax/duty when you import any of our physical products if you live outside of the mainland UK. In the EU this means the delivery company will charge you customs fees before delivery of your parcel. If you are refuse delivery because of this fee your country charges we will happily refund you the cost of the physical product minus any delivery costs. Refund will be issued once the produce has been returned to us in good condition. If you have accessed any digital products these will not be refunded.
