Returns policy for digital products (patterns)
All our crochet patterns are available for download immediately after payment has been received. Due to the nature of digital products we cannot offer any refunds on these items after they have been downloaded.
If you have accidentally purchased duplicate copies of the same pattern, please contact us and we can refund you for the duplicate.
If you have ordered a pattern by mistake and HAVE NOT YET downloaded the pattern please contact us and we can arrange a refund.
Returns policy for physical products
We strive to send out all our physical products in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item or it is damaged, please contact us within 30 days after receipt. We will then either arrange a replacement or a full refund after we have received the item back from you in it’s original condition.
Delivery for digital products
Once checkout is complete you will be able to download your pattern immediately via the webpage. You will also receive an email receipt with a link, simply click the link to download your pattern. They will be available to download for up to 30 days after purchase. The emails are automated and sent out as soon as your purchase clears, if you don’t receive your email within 15 minutes please first check your spam folder and then contact us if you do not receive a receipt. As soon as you download your pattern make sure to save it onto your device to keep it safe.
Delivery for physical products
All our physical products are only available to be shipped within the UK. All items are sent out by either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (choose at the checkout which service you require).
If you would like us to send your items via special delivery please contact us and we can quote you for this service.
